2. The Red Wheelbarrow
You all know "The Red Wheelbarrow" by WCW. If you don't have that memorized you shouldn't be allowed to talk about poetry. It's about as long as FGL's "Canción tonta."
My daughter (age 10) was looking at my phone and saw the phrase "This is just to say" (something I had forgotten doodling in Google Keep), and recalled most of that poem (down to the one curious word, "icebox", which is in my father's vocabulary but not mine). Credit to her teachers.
