Every time I see this I compulsively wonder whether it's a palindrome of length 3 or 1. That is, whether the two exclamation marks are considered the same character (drawn in two styles)....
I'ts a very special kind of palindrome. Another example is MayheW. I forget the technical name for it, but it is the same upside down.
