I was awarded one of the grants which I was preparing in February. It will give me some money in the summer, when I am not paid. It's about the equivalent of 10 days pay, which is kind of paltry in some ways, but I can't really complain. By doing a few days of work I essentially increased my yearly salary by more than 1%.
