Recalcitrant Chapter

Sometimes a chapter will say to me: "Look, Jonathan, I appreciate you including me in this book, but really, don't you think I belong in a different sort of book altogether, with more chapters just like me? Really, I represent the most important topic here, and need to be expanded to fill the entire book. Why, my left leg alone is worth 30 pages."
