Can you leverage a strength? Well, if something you know how to do is really good, then you can take advantage of that. Keep exploiting those strengths.
A weakness can also be leveraged. If you know you have a weakness then you can work to improve that.
Many other things in the middle can lend themselves to either kind of leverage. To the extent that something is strong, you can draw on it. If it is weak, then you can improve it.
