The original must be just brutally difficult. None of the performances I've sampled on YouTube manages to avoid obvious intonation problems. Not even Kuijken! (Paul Zukofsky either.)
Try Gidon Kremer.
That's impressive. The sense of effort is unavoidable, but the intonation was solid (unless you count an expressive bend in loud double-stops).
That one link you posted had very bad intonation with a very flat note in the first phrase
